2024:
• Dr. Florence won the Ms. Spirit of World Universal title and the People’s Choice Award at the Ms. World Universal 2024 held in Los Angeles, USA.
• She received the “Women Leadership Award 2024” at TIGP for her grace, courage, passion, and hard work, serving as a huge inspiration to generations of
women at TIGP® and beyond. TIGP acknowledged that leaders like her are a need of the hour and celebrated her efforts.
• She gave her inspiring TEDx Talk in March at Kirti Nagar, Jaipur.
• Dr. Florence received the “Best Franchisee Award” from Little Millennium, chain of preschools, consecutively from 2015 to 2024.
2023:
• Dr. Florence represented India at the Ms. International World 2023 Pageant that was held in Port St. Lucie.
• She represented the Asia Pacific Region as Mrs. Asia Pacific International, 2023 at the Mrs. International Pageant that was held in Tennessee, USA.
• She featured in the TLC series “90 Day Fiancé.”
• She took part in the Paris Fashion Week as a Signature Runway Model in September.
• Dr. Florence bagged 13 awards and titles from Little Millennium during the month of August.
• She was appointed as a Rotary Club member at Shakthi Club, Thiruchirapalli.
• She received the Lifetime Citation Award at the International Rotary Conference.
• Dr. Florence received the Settlers Queen Award at the South Educators Award.
• She holds a World Record recognized by the Worldwide Book of Records for organizing the Largest Educational Rights Awareness Campaign, involving 200
participants (Kids & Parents) in a Walkathon Rally.
• She was a motivational speaker at Josh Talks in April.
• She became a member of PSAI (Professional Speakers Association of India).
• Dr. Florence authored the best-selling book “Kanavugal Kaikettum Thooram Thaan”.

• She was appointed as the All Ladies League (ALL), Tamil Nadu State Chapter Chairperson, heading all the Districts of the State.
• Dr. Florence became a Council member of the Tamil Nadu Entrepreneurship Council, Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI).

2022:
• Dr. Florence competed in the Ms. International World 2022 Pageant and won the title of Ms. International World People’s Choice Winner 2022.
• She received the “Big Red National Level Entrepreneur Award” for being The Woman Icon of the Year from Women Business Network.
• Dr. Florence received the “India Star Woman Beauty with Brain of the Year” from the India Star Community Awards.
• She received the “GlantorX Education Leadership Award.”
• Dr. Florence received the “Fireboxx Icon Award for Best Leadership.”
• She received the “Education Excellence Award” for Outstanding Leadership from Kiteskraft Global Teaching Excellence Group, India.
2021:
• Dr. Florence participated in The International Glamour Project Mrs. India Pageant 2021 and won the title of Mrs. India 2021 in September. She also won the subtitle of Mrs. India Glamorous Achiever. She was the only contestant from Tamil Nadu to reach the finals.
• She became a Certified Life Skills Trainer and the Global Ambassador of Skillizen Life Skills University, Singapore.
2020:
• Dr. Florence received “The Real Super Woman Award” from FSIA, India.
• She won the “Titanium Award” from Little Millennium, Chain of Preschools in India, ranking No. 1 in Tamil Nadu.
• Dr. Florence won the title and was awarded “The Settlers Queen” from Little Millennium, Chain of Preschools in India for breaking the national record in Pan India.
2019:
• Dr. Florence won the title and was awarded “The Mid-Term Maharani” from Little Millennium, Chain of Preschools in India.
2018:
• Dr. Florence won the “Best CLO Award” from Little Millennium, Chain of Preschools.

• Dr. Florence received the Acharya Devo Bhava, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Award from Brainfeed Magazine, Hyderabad.

• Dr. Florence received the Rajya Puraskar Award in Girl Guides from Governor P.C. Alexander.
Invited Appearances as Chief Guest and Guest Speaker
• Chief Guest at ESIC PGIMSR Medical College for their Fashion Show.
• Chief Guest at Kids International Fashion Week at JAS Bangalore.
• Chief Guest at Vincent De Paul Tamilnadu Association, Santhome for the Women Empowerment Program.
• Dr. Florence was invited as the Guest of Honour for the Grand Finale of The Times NIE Vista Ideathon 2022-23 on January 24, 2023, at Purple Hall, THE
RAINTREE, Anna Salai. The event was organized by Times of India in association with VIS, a VIT Group of Institutions, with Startup TN as the knowledge partner. Thiru Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi, Minister for School Education, Government of Tamil Nadu, was the Chief Guest.
• Dr. Florence was the Chief Guest and Special Speaker for the Ann’s and Annette’s Event, which included a fashion show hosted by her, and she served
as a jury member for the same.
• Dr Florence hosted the 2023 Digital Summit at LIBA (Loyola Institute of Business Administration).
• She was invited to be part of the panel as a special guest and jury member for Season 2 and Season 3 of TIGP.
